Each client is required to pay a deposit that is half the amount of the total cost of the service at time of booking.
I am very understanding, but please note that you will be allowed a 10 minute grace period from the start of your appointment time. After 10 minutes, I will cancel your appointment. You will forfeit your deposit and have to reschedule your appointment with a new deposit fee.
If you must reschedule, please reach out and let me know. You can reschedule your appointment up until 12 hours before your appointment. Your previous appointment will be updated based on our availability. Once you have reached the twelve hour window, your appointment will be considered a cancellation and you will forfeit your deposit and have to rebook with a new deposit fee.
If you cancel or reschedule within three hours of your appointment time you will be charged the remainder amount of your service to the card on file.
If you no call no show, you will be charged the remaining amount of your service to the card on file. In the event that the card declines after three attempts you will not be allowed to book online and must contact me via email for an appointment.
If the time between your last appointment and your current appointment request exceeds 3 months, you will be considered a new client.
Your little ones and guests are always welcome in our space! There are snacks and drinks provided as well as plenty of space for them to be comfortable.
